3. Brand meaning — Roast / Spark

“Roast” refers to coffee roasting craft, including development after first crack and roast profiles for specialty coffee. “Spark” refers to flavour development that still shows in the cup. RoastSpark is not a fireworks or pyrotechnics company, not a cannabis brand, not a marketing agency, and not a software vendor. The .pro domain is branding only. We do not claim “#1” café rankings or medical benefits from coffee.

4. Café information accuracy

Menus, prices in SGD, opening hours and stock change. Information on this site is indicative. Confirm allergen details and availability at the counter. Drink flavour depends on origin, roast date, grind, water, recipe and barista technique. Wait times and seating depend on how busy the Blair Road café is.

5. Allergen and craft disclaimer

Our café prepares specialty coffee and food items on site. Milk alternatives and pastry may contain dairy, gluten, nuts, eggs, soy and other allergens — ask before ordering. We do not guarantee identical flavour on every visit. Photos are illustrative. This website is not medical, financial or legal advice.

6. Enquiries and forms

Contact forms require accurate details and PDPA consent. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or spam content. We may refuse or ignore messages that request services we do not offer (for example fireworks, cannabis, agency retainers or investment schemes).

You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe without authorisation, inject malware, scrape in a way that degrades service, or impersonate RoastSpark. We may block access that threatens security or other guests’ experience.

Hosting, fonts, maps or analytics providers are third parties with their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages beyond reasonable efforts to keep café information available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, RoastSpark Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or reliance on indicative menu information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

14. Visits and conduct in the café

When you visit our Blair Road premises you agree to follow reasonable staff instructions regarding queueing, seating limits, and allergen communication. We may refuse service where required for safety or lawful reasons. Children remain the responsibility of accompanying adults. Animals follow posted café rules and local regulations.

15. Retail beans and takeaway

Retail specialty coffee bags are sold subject to availability and roast date honesty. Home brew results depend on your grinder, water and recipe; we share starting points, not guarantees. Takeaway cups are provided for convenience; please dispose of waste responsibly.

16. Private tastings

Private cupping or tasting sessions, if confirmed in writing, are limited by seating and roast readiness. Deposits, if any, will be stated in correspondence. Cancellation timing should be agreed in the confirmation note. We remain a walk-in specialty café first and may decline events that conflict with ordinary service.

17. Online content boundaries

Recipe notes, resting windows and sensory descriptions are educational café content. They are not laboratory certificates. Cluster descriptions of single-origin lots can change between harvests. Always check the physical roast board in the coffeehouse for the current batch tags.

18. No professional advice

19. Indemnity

21. Force majeure and operations

Roasting equipment maintenance, supply delays, public holidays, severe weather, or government directions may affect opening hours or menu availability. 22. User-generated feedback

If you send photos or reviews, you grant RoastSpark Pte. Ltd. a non-exclusive licence to use them for café communications if you explicitly agree in writing. Without that agreement, we keep feedback for internal service improvement only.

23. Relationship to in-person service

These website terms do not reduce mandatory rights you have as a consumer when purchasing drinks or food in the café. Indicative website prices may differ from the counter board on the day. The counter board and verbal confirmation prevail for that purchase.

24. Language

This site is written in Singapore English. If we provide translations later, the English version of legal pages prevails unless law requires otherwise.
