Find the roast vault on Blair Road
RoastSpark is a specialty coffee café at 28 Blair Road, #01-02, Singapore 089928 — street-level seating in the Blair Plain / Everton Park heritage-shophouse corridor. Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday 08:00–18:00 SGT; Monday closed.
Space & seating
Seats are limited on purpose. The room keeps a low light and a clear sightline to the bar so you can watch pour-over and espresso without a stage show. Quiet tasting windows usually sit earlier on weekdays; weekends and late mornings run busier with walk-in guests and takeaway cups.
Counter service is the default. If you need step-free access, the #01 unit opens from the street — call +65 6225 3841 if you want us to hold a steadier table near the entrance when we can.
How to find us
Approach from Neil Road or Cantonment toward Blair Road. Look for the RoastSpark wordmark at #01-02. We are a neighbourhood specialty café, not a tower lobby. Public transport and short walks from Outram Park / Tanjong Pagar areas are common; allow time in peak rain.
Busy periods
Saturday brunch hours fill seats quickly. If you want a longer cupping conversation, write us for a weekday tasting visit. Private groups depend on seating honesty — we will decline rather than overcrowd.

Hours, allergens, craft note
Hours can change with staffing and public holidays — check the door board or contact us. Pastry and milk drinks may contain allergens; ask before ordering. Flavour of specialty coffee depends on roast date and brew recipe. We do not guarantee empty seats or identical flavour every visit. Photos on this page illustrate our coffeehouse.
Plan a tasting visitArrival notes for Blair Road
Blair Plain’s heritage-shophouse corridor rewards a slow approach. Look for 28 Blair Road and the #01-02 entrance at street level. RoastSpark is a specialty coffee café with limited seats, so weekend late mornings can fill quickly. If you want a quieter cupping conversation, weekday openings after the first wave are kinder. Bring questions about roast profile and resting windows — the board is there for that dialogue.
Takeaway cups are available when the room is full. Counter service is the default; we will not pretend to be a reservation palace. Step-free entry from the street helps most guests; call +65 6225 3841 if you need us to describe the threshold or hold a steadier table near the door when we can. Public holidays may change hours — check the door board or write us before you travel across Singapore.
Inside, expect low light, a clear sightline to pour-over and espresso, and a cupping table used when new lots land. Photos on this page illustrate the coffeehouse; layouts can shift slightly with furniture and stock. Allergen notes for pastry and milk alternatives are spoken at the counter before you order. Specialty coffee flavour still depends on grind, water and craft after you sit down.
Neighbours and visitors share the corridor. Keep pathways clear with bags and prams when the room is busy. Children need adult supervision around hot drinks. We are glad you came for roast-forward tasting rather than fireworks theatre — that is exactly the Blair Road specialty café we run.
